When you look at the calendar for today, it states clearly that June 20th is Summer Solstice. Anyone living in British Columbia might take one look at their sweater and pant collections that they have been sporting over the past couple of months and question otherwise. It’s felt pretty cold here lately, and often stormy too. But despite that, we are hopeful that the rain will soon be replaced by some hot days of summer sunshine. Perhaps if we dress in enough bright colours, and bust out the sunscreen, flip flips, sunglasses and beach toys, mother nature will catch up?
